An eclectic variety, but every story a gem. I will say a couple of the stories had me in doubt (Adalet and Song of The Gondolier) but I pressed on even when I wasn't sure I would like the stories, and they actually turned out to be two of my favorites. Surprising and fun!
Great stories! Totally sucked me in and kept me turning the pages. Lots of variety in the stories, and the author notes added a dimension that I really liked, interest and insight that I really enjoyed. Very fun read.
Loved this collection from Joslyn Chase. My favorite was "A Simple Glass of Water." Enjoyed the author's notes at the beginning of each story. It's not often we get a peek inside the inspiration behind the work. Await more from this author.
