Ending Fatigue: When Waking Up is Hard to Do

Non Fiction by Mary C. Blowers

The author has a good understanding of what fatigue is and how it can affect people. Fatigue is not always easy to define as it can present itself in different ways and have different effects on people. She has had some personal experience and I think it shows. Yet, this book is not just based on personal research but is well researched. Sufferers can have their lives torn apart with work, relationships and their enjoyment of life being affected.
This book is Christian based. It asks us to look at things from a more spiritual perspective; to pray and ask for guidance as to how we should progress in life.
It also looks at how diet and different food can affect how a person feels. Changing what we eat can have an amazing effect on how we feel and how high our energy levels are.
It also suggests useful ways to ensure that we actually get enough sleep at night. Whilst falling asleep should come naturally it is something that people often struggle with.
There are many other possible causes of fatigue that are investigated within this book. There is a good chance that something said in this book will strike a chord and point you in the right direction of what is causing the problem.

This is a book about fatigue; how it affects people and what you can do to deal with it. There is an enormous amount of information distilled into this book. The author looks at real life examples of how people, including herself, have suffered or continue to suffer with these debilitating conditions. She looks at a number of ways to try and find relief including an excellent discussion on nutrition, the value of sleep, exercise, and good hydration. Each topic offers concrete and usable practices in a simple and helpful way.

There is also important discussion about the role that our emotional and spiritual lives play in the equation. I really liked the fact the author developed these themes. There is a strong Christian flavor to the overall text but it would not detract from any person benefiting from the information. The book ends with a nice summation of the information and some additional reference material for those wanting to dig deeper. I quite enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend it.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book! The author managed to organize a ton of helpful information (based on mind, body and spirit) regarding the possible causes of and remedies for fatigue into a very readable, understandable format. It is a short read where every word is significant with basically no meaningless filler. This will prove very helpful, not only for those with ongoing fatigue, but also for those who are merely seeking a healthy lifestyle and don't know where to begin. It made a lot of sense on its own but the author includes many helpful links so that the reader can seek out additional information if necessary. I'll be re-reading this periodically because, honestly, I don't know of anyone who would not benefit from the info provided.

This was really helpful for me, as I sometimes deal with fatigue, even after a good amount of sleep. While reading, I realized that a lot of what I eat could play a negative role in my sleeping habits, so I'm going to try a few of the tips and tricks explained throughout. I also shared a lot of it with my boyfriend, who has issues staying asleep through the night; hopefully we'll start sleeping better very soon!

Know that there is hope for crushing fatigue. I understand because I have been there. I used to have to “ration” my energy. If I spent a day at the beach, the sun and heat would so exhaust me that I couldn’t leave the house the next day. While working full time I was in tears by Wednesday because I just didn’t think I could keep getting up and getting going every morning. Now at last I have enough energy to do what I want.

This ebook reviews many different causes of fatigue and strategies to help you overcome it. I am uniquely qualified to present potential ways to regain your energy. My experience is rounded out with years of training in Holistic Health and certifications as a Master Herbalist, Nutrition Consultant, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Weight Management Coach.

This ebook offers many practical methods for overcoming fatigue and restoring enjoyment to life. It is Christian based as I believe that is a major factor for health and happiness.
